We have just started a Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) customisation project for MyBnk, a London based educational charity training young people to manage their money effectively. It is an exciting project which will see their website integrate with the CRM so that new customers that register their interest in their services are added directly into the customer database.
This will dramatically speed up their internal processes as the details will not have to be copied and re-entered, which will also prevent accidental typing mistakes. We are looking at analysing the current processes and finding ways of improving this by having more data securely available on Salesforce.
