We have just completed a Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) customisation project for MyBnk. They are a London based educational charity who train young people to manage their money effectively. It was an exciting project which saw their website integrate with the CRM so that new customers that register their interest are added directly into the customer database or signed up to a newsletters using Vertical Response email list management service.
This has seen a dramatic speed of their internal processes by storing all information in an online, accessible location. This is particularly useful for their sales team as they travel a lot so keeping informed on account/client details remotely from multiple locations is very important. There is also multi-level security and permissions allocated to various staff dependent on their level.
We thought and consulted about the best ways to model their data in Salesforce, in addition to customising and creating new fields and uploading their existing Excel spreadsheets. After completion we trained six of their employees there and went through creation of data, uploading existing spreadsheets, building reports and advanced searches. We also integrated the Vertical Response email list management service including the setup of 4 different newsletters for segmentation of their customer base. A web form with direct signup options of these was also created for inclusion on their website for visitors to easily sign up.
