Russian Community Association visit

This charity previously only had a 3 page brochure website and wanted to make the most of having an online prescence. Monthly advice sessions were losing popularity and it had become clear that serving clients across London in any particular location would be difficult. We decided on a new web strategy which would encourage visitors to access resources and advice on the website. This has led to funding which was previously spent on the outreach sessions to be re-directed to other projects.

  • Discussion Forums
  • Members able to log in to website and upload their own articles
  • An easy to use image gallery with simple upload features
  • Members able to comment on articles, after moderators have approved it

Spice Life Magazine visit

Spice Life Magazine started off in May 2007 with a basic website to complement this monthly publication. After meeting the owner at an industry event, we found that they had been having problems with updating the website with regular content as this was done by the web designer. We highlighted the benefits of a Content Management System to allow them to enter new articles and images themselves and began work on the project in January 2008.

  • Easy updating of website content
  • Readers having ability to add their own recipes, with images & video (development)
  • e-Commerce store offering spice boxes and cookery utensils (development)
